SHIPPING
All orders received by 2pm EST, will be shipped the same day. Orders are normally shipped via UPS.
We will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
RETURNS
All returns must be shipped to our New York warehouse (91 Cabot Court, Hauppauge, New York 11788) after receiving a return authorization (RA) number, regardless of whether the order was originally shipped from NY or CA.
Customers are responsible for verifying receipt of all items and inspecting merchandise upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
To request a return authorization (RA) number, please contact us in writing and include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
Once a written RA number has been issued, goods must be returned within 10 days. Returns are processed in the order they are received. After your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. If a credit is being issued to your credit card, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. You may contact us at any time for a return status update.
Please note that returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted for samples, clearance items, or face coverings/masks. Altered merchandise, including screen printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, or embellished items—cannot be returned.
DISCLAIMER
Royal Apparel cannot guarantee variances in size, construction, color and shade of stock inventory. Royal Apparel hereby disclaims all expressed and implied warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between client and Royal Apparel and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by Royal Apparel.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Royal Apparel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.
Client is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Royal Apparel's warehouse.
CLAIMS
Claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt.
CONFIRMATIONS
If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order. Royal Apparel will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed.
