At Royal Apparel, quality starts from the ground up. We use premium long-staple fibers, combed and diligently spun at our yarn facilities. A special point of pride comes from our sustainable yarn collection - organic cotton, recyclables, bamboo, hemp, and eco tri-blend.

Our line of knitting equipment allows us to procure a variety of superior fabrics, such as thermal, jersey, fleece, to highlight a few. Using the finest eco-friendly, low-impact fiber-reactive dyes, our lab can match any color imaginable. We recycle our own water, which allows us to produce first-rate material while taking care of the earth.

Our in-house pattern and sample capabilities enable us to pioneer trends and provide speed to market. To cut a shirt is an art, there’s over a century of experience in our cutting department that allows us to achieve a handcrafted, contemporary fit.

The final step in hand-crafting our garments is the string that holds everything together: our sewers. Any fiber, any stitch, any hue, any shape - we’re a cut above the rest.
